Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an energetic, organized, and motivated Material Quantity Takeoff Estimator who can aid in increasing face to face selling time for Territory Managers by providing accurate take offs in a timely manner. To help Architectural Representatives by providing leads on projects to get our products specified.

 Preferred Job Qualifications: 

• Competence in Computer-aided design (Planswift & AutoCAD)
• Knowledge of Ontario Building Code Standards
• Understanding of materials and methods of construction
• Excellent Organization Skills – Ability to Multi-task
• 1-2 years experience estimating a wide range of construction projects
• Bilingual considered an asset-(English & French)
• Experience involving reading specifications and drawings

Nice to Have Skills:

• Professional Certification – PMP, Construction Estimating

 Job Type:

• Full-Time, Permanent, in office position with no opportunity for remote work. Monday to Friday, 8:30-5:00
• Occasional overtime may be required.
